PB+C

So a couple of people asked for the [kind of made up] recipe. So here goes....

Brownies:
165g butter
200g of dark chocolate
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
2tsp vanilla extract
165g soft brown sugar
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder

Filling:
80g butter
75g peanut butter (crunchy)
160g soft brown sugar
3 tbsp milk

Topping:
100g dark chocolate
50g butter

Melt the butter and chocolate in a pan. In another bowl, [electric] whisk the eggs, egg yolks and vanilla extract until fluffy, then add the sugar in gradually until the mixture becomes stiffer. Fold in the chocolate/butter mixture. Add the flour and cocoa - bake for 25mins on 180C.

Once ready, leave to cool for an hour. [Electric] whisk all of the filling ingredients together and then smooth over the brownies - put in the fridge for 30mins. Then melt the topping ingredients together, once cooled pour over the brownies - then put in the fridge to set. Ta da!
